Everything a document needs

One workspace instead of a dozen online converters that keep a copy of your files.

→

50+ tools

Merge, split, rotate, compress, watermark, sign, compare, and convert to and from Office, images and HTML.

⌘

Desktop-class workflow

Upload once and chain tools. Files stay in the browser between operations, so large documents don't get re-uploaded.

◎

Private by design

The backend is stateless and processes documents in memory or temporary storage on a machine you control.

⚙

Automation

Build no-code pipelines in the UI or call the REST API for every tool to process documents at scale.

文

40+ languages

Full localization, dark and light themes, and an interface that works on desktop, tablet and phone.

★

Optional accounts

Add Google sign-in and a token balance when you want to share an instance with other people.

Running in three steps

No account needed to start. Accounts and tokens are opt-in.

Start the app

Run the Spring Boot backend and the Vite front end, or use the task runner.

Process documents

Drop a PDF into the workbench and chain the tools you need.

Add accounts if you want

Deploy the Cloudflare Worker for Google sign-in, token metering and top-ups.

Token packs

Every new account starts with 50 free tokens. A PDF tool run costs 1 token; an AI-assisted run costs 5.

Questions

Where are my files stored?

In your browser and on the machine running the backend. iLikePdf has no cloud storage and no telemetry.

Do I need an account?

No. Accounts and tokens are only enabled when you deploy the optional Cloudflare Worker.

How do payments work?

Checkout runs through Stripe (cards) and PayPal. Tokens are credited by the payment provider's webhook or capture callback, not by the browser.

Can I self-host the whole stack?

Yes. The Java backend and React front end run on any machine with JDK 25 and Node.js. The Worker is only needed for shared accounts.
